MINSK, 1 June (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 113рп “On support for culture and arts”, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The document endorses the decision of the Board of the Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for Support of Culture and Arts and envisages the allocation of funds for three projects. They include the restoration project in Kossovo palace and park ensemble, conservation and restoration works in the castles in Golshany and Krevo.

The decision is expected to contribute to the conservation of monuments of architecture and history of Belarus for the long-term period and to increase their tourism potential.
