Belarus’ national exposition at Moscow Book Fair

MOSCOW, 4 September (BelTA) – Belarus will arrange a national exposition at the Moscow International Book Fair due in the Russian capital on 5-9 September, the organizers told BelTA.
A Belarusian delegation headed by Information Minister Alexander Karlyukevich is scheduled to take part in the presentation of the Belarusian book exposition.
The Moscow International Book Fair will be running in one of the best VDNH pavilions. It will feature more than 300 publishing houses from 25 countries and over 100,000 book tiles.
This year the main topic of the fair held under the slogan “Books for the whole family“ is literature for children. Different venues will host about 300 events both for readers and professionals of the book industry. For example, the business and cultural complex of the Embassy of Belarus in Russia will host a roundtable “Literary twinning: traditions of mutual translation” with the participation of Belarusian writers, scientists and experts on 6 September.
