MINSK, 28 May (BelTA) – The Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is launching the Children's Day campaign, the ministry said on its Facebook page, BelTA has learned.
Children's Day is celebrated by the international community on 1 June. On this day, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs invites everyone to post photos from their childhood with a short story about their childhood dreams under a single hashtag #Razamzdzetsmi.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also offers to make a charitable donation through the UNICEF program Every Child Needs a Family (https://www.unicef.by/prior-deti/?fbclid=IwAR3sRDXmDT9DMxOcO_zERUKFU2eus2GCmrNHZ-X6Mz5EI5AvfNlvA0ZNSLI) to the Belarusian Children's Hospice (https://hospice.by/ru/), or to the UNIHELP international organization (https://unihelp.by), or to any other organization providing assistance to children.
“Let us remember our childhood dreams and think about those kids who need our help and support so much. The ministry’s employees have actively supported the idea, and on 1 June our user accounts will “plunge into childhood” both literally and figuratively,” the ministry said.
