MINSK, 20 February (BelTA) – Over 57,000 foreigners have visited Belarus as part of the visa-waiver travel program within the past week, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee of Belarus.
Since 1 January 2023, Belarus has hosted 57,044 arrivals from the EU as part of its visa-waiver program: 41,428 citizens of Lithuania, 2,262 non-citizens and 8,410 citizens of Latvia, and 4,944 Polish citizens. Since the launch of the visa-waiver program for neighboring EU countries, Belarus has hosted 442,030 arrivals: 289,691 citizens of Lithuania, 29,141 non-citizens and 96,544 citizens of Latvia, and 26,654 Polish citizens.
