Belarus' COVID-19 latest: 1,505 new cases, 1,459 recoveries

MINSK, 30 April (BelTA) – Belarus confirmed 1,505 new cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours; another 1,459 coronavirus patients were discharged from hospital, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Healthcare Ministry.

The nationwide coronavirus tally now stands at 358,738 cases. A total of 349,013 patients previously diagnosed with COVID-19 have recovered in Belarus.

As many as 2,542 COVID-19 patients have died since the infection outbreak in Belarus.

All in all, Belarus performed 5,850,328 tests, including 17,919 tests in the past 24 hours.

As of 30 April, more than 291,500 Belarusians had received the first dose of the vaccine and over 111,400 had already got both shots.
