Belarus coronavirus update: 64,935 people recover

MINSK, 9 August (BelTA) – As many as 64,935 patients previously diagnosed with COVID-19 have recovered and have been discharged from hospitals as of 8 August, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Healthcare Ministry.

The nationwide COVID-19 number has reached 68,850 cases. Belarus has carried out 1,372,691 tests.

A total of 587  COVID-19 patients suffering from a number of chronic diseases have died in Belarus.
