Belarus’ coronavirus update: 62,896 people recover

MINSK, 3 August (BelTA) – As many as 62,896 patients previously diagnosed with COVID-19 have recovered and have been discharged from hospitals as of 2 August, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Healthcare Ministry.

The nationwide COVID-19 tally has reached 68,067 cases. Belarus has carried out 1,319,976 tests.

A total of 567 COVID-19 patients suffering from a number of chronic diseases have died in Belarus.
