MINSK, 7 May (BelTA) – As of 7 May, 5,067 patients previously diagnosed with COVID-19 recovered and were discharged from hospitals in Belarus, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Healthcare Ministry.
The Healthcare Ministry reported that 20,168 people have tested positive for COVID-19 in the country, which is 8.7% of the number of the conducted tests. “Belarus has performed a total of 229,466 tests,” the press service said.
A total of 116 coronavirus patients suffering from a number of chronic diseases have died.
