BEIJING, 29 September (BelTA) - Belarus’ consulate general opens in Chinese Guangzhou. A corresponding intergovernmental agreement was signed in the presence of the heads of state in Beijing on 29 September, BelTA has learned

BelTA reported earlier with a reference to the resolution of the Council of Ministers as of 27 September 2017, that the Finance Ministry was authorized to finance the opening and maintenance of the consulate general using the funds allocated to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from the national budget for the opening and maintenance of diplomatic missions and consular services of Belarus abroad.

A few years ago Belarus’ consulate general opened in Shanghai.
