MINSK, 26 March (BelTA) – Two silver medals were claimed by Belarusian athletes at the 2018 Grand Prix Thiais in France, BelTA has learned.

The Belarusian team of Anna Gaidukevich, Anna Shvaiba, Anastasiya Rybakova, Lolita Matskevich and Diana Misyuchenko got a total of 18,800 points with Five Hoops. Ukraine placed first with 19,050 points. Italy went third with 18,650 points.

Belarus scored 17,050 points to take silver with Three Balls and Two Ropes. Italy clinched gold with 20,550 points. Bronze went to Ukraine with 16,900 points.

In 2018 the Rhythmic Gymnastics Grand Prix will be held in Holon, Israel (16-17 May), Brno, the Czech Republic (11-15 October), Marbella, Spain (25-29 October) and Eilat, Israel.

The FIG World Cup in Sofia, Bulgaria I scheduled for 30 March – 1 April.
