VITEBSK, 25 November (BelTA) – The second edition of the international festival-competition Art Parade in Vitebsk will be held on 8-10 January 2021 online due to the epidemiological situation, BelTA learned from the Vitebsk Culture Center.
To take part in the competition, participants are required to record their performance of work in video and send it to the e-mail address ARTparad.vitebsk@gmail.com.
Performance groups and solo performers aged six years and older will compete in the categories Vocal, Choreography, Instrumental Music, Visual Arts, and Applied Arts and Artistic Handicrafts. The application period will last through 15 December.
Applications will be reviewed by a professional jury that will include pedagogues, figures of culture and art, production directors, and mass media representatives. Every participant will get personal feedback from the jury. The program of the festival will also include master classes, an interactive tour of Vitebsk, and live streams in social networks and on the YouTube channel of the Vitebsk Culture Center.
The Art Parade in Vitebsk festival will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the International Festival of Arts Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk. The winner of the first prize of the competition will get an invitation to one of the official events of Slavianski Bazaar.
