MINSK, 12 April (BelTA) – Arman-Marshall Silla of Belarus won the champion title in the +87kg at the 2021 European Taekwondo Championships in Bulgaria, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Sport and Tourism Ministry.
On the way to the victory the wrestler from Minsk defeated Turkey’s Emre Kutalmis Atesli, Mahama Cho of the UK, and Spain’s Ivan Garcia.
Arman-Marshall Silla beat Russia’s Vladislav Larin in the final.
Bronze medals went to Ivan Garcia and Ukraine’s Andrei Garbar.
Earlier, Igor Kozlov won bronze in the 54kg category.
The next competitions will take place in 2022.
