About 50,000 join Victory Day celebrations in the Brest Fortress

About 50,000 people took part in the Victory Day rally in the Brest Hero Fortress memorial complex. They observed a minute of silence in tribute to the memory of the Fatherland defenders and laid flowers to the Eternal Flame and the necropolis.

The rally ended with a march through the Ceremonials Square of soldiers of the Brest Garrison and about 7,000 participants of the Belarus Remembers campaign.
