Secondly, it is held at a time when the president and the government of our country have proclaimed the IT country concept and development of digital economy as national priorities. This involves the widespread use of ICT in all walks of life. TIBO 2018 will make its contribution to the development of the IT Country Belarus concept and help outline an extensive action plan for comprehensive digital transformation,” the minister said.
