Vitebsk commemorates fallen internationalist soldiers on 15 February

15 February marks the Remembrance Day of Internationalist Soldiers and the 29th anniversary of the Soviet pullout from Afghanistan. A ceremony of laying flowers and wreaths at the Pain monument and a meeting was held in Vitebsk with the participation of the regional and city authorities, internationalist soldiers, family members of the fallen, representatives of NGOs, youth.
