Oil absorbing peat-based materials

Energy Expo 2017 showcased oil absorbing peat-based materials able to liquidate oil spills on water and land, at industrial sites and equipment. In an emergency they can collect spilled liquid from any surface and keep it from repeated spilling. Absorbents used to clean waste water from ions of heavy and ferrous metals as well as gas emissions from toxic substances have the same features.
