A press conference the day before the Zapad 2017 exercise started

Belarus informs the general public about the content and parameters of the Zapad 2017 army exercise in a timely and open manner. The statement was made by Oleg Voinov, Head of the International Military Cooperation Department of the Belarusian Defense Ministry, Aide to the Defense Minister for International Military Cooperation, on 13 September.
