Ceremony to lay flowers to Minsk Hero City stele

The Minsk City Day celebrations opened with a ceremony to lay flowers to the Minsk Hero City stele featuring Minsk Mayor Andrei Shorets, delegations of the sister cities and partners of the capital, MPs, representatives of the district administrations and enterprises of the city on 9 September.
