Youth parade on Independence Day

The final stage of the parade was a procession of young Belarusians and the musical number Beautiful Belarus! in which about 2,000 young people took part. A gigantic Belarusian flag – 45 meters by 5 meters – was brought to Masherova Avenue. Participants of the event also made a "Belarusian vase" figure consisting of 480 people.
