An exhibition of paintings by Belarus People's Artist Mikhail Savitsky dedicated to his 80th anniversary

Representatives of the Belarus President Administration, government and parliament, Culture Ministry gathered in the National Art Museum of Belarus on 18 February 2002 to wish happy birthday to the artist.
