Commemorative plaque for Viktor Turov unveiled in Minsk

The commemorative plaque on the house where People’s Artist Victor Turov lived was unveiled in an official ceremony by Belarusian Culture Minister Boris Svetlov, Honored Artist of Belarus Alexander Yefremov, People's Artist of Russia Nikolai Burlyaev and Yelena Turova, Viktor Turov’s daughter, in Minsk on 25 October.
