Vulica Brasil Festival in Minsk

On 17 September, the closing day of the Vulica Brasil Street Art Festival, Oktyabrskaya Street of the Belarusian capital became the venue for a Brazilian carnival, concerts, dance workshops and several other events. Minsk residents and visitors were invited to contemplate graffiti created during this year's edition of the Vulica Brasil Festival. The festival was organized by the Brazilian Embassy in Belarus with the support of Minsk City Hall. The Belarusian air carrier Belavia was the general partner.
