Harvesting in Belarus

The golden fields full of wheat and other cereal crops represent one of the key embellishments of Belarus in summer. The regions start gathering in the crops in mid-July taking into account the weather conditions and ripeness of the crops to ensure Belarus’ food security and the country’s ability to export merchandise. By the way, Belarus is the third largest producer of grain per capita in the CIS, after Kazakhstan and Ukraine.
