Winners of Second National Literary Award honored in Rogachev

The winners of the National Literary Award were honored during the opening ceremony of the festival in Rogachev. The jury chose seven winners out of the total of seventy works:

• Alexander Martinovich – collection of historical short stories “Heat of the Old Hearths”, category “Best Prose”
• Maryan Duksa – book “Bird of Eternity – the Soul”, category “Best Poetry”
• Sergei Davidovich – books “Grandfather’s Flute”, “Fighting Draw”, “Golden Shoot-Out”, category “Best Book for Children and Youth”
• Yegor Konev – play “Crime and Punishment on the Banks of Svisloch”, category “Best Drama”
• Nikolai Borisenko – book “Echo of the ‘Great War’ in Eastern Belarus (1914-1918)”, category “Best Journalistic Piece”
• Tatiana Matyukhina – “Belarusian Impressionism”, category “Best Literature Critique”
• Sergei Klimkovich – “The Mystery of Apartment No.8”, category “Best Debut”.
