Vladimir Korotkevich Book House opens in Rogachev as part of Belarusian Literature Day celebrations

The first Book House in Gomel District was opened in Rogachev on the initiative of the Information Ministry of Belarus. It was named after eminent Belarusian writer Vladimir Korotkevich. It has a big book store on the first floor, and two libraries with cozy reading rooms on the second (one for children, the other adults). Anyone can make a contribution to the holdings of the library. By the way, many distinguished guests of the Book House opening ceremony donated books from their private collections.
