Kaplan International Readings in Rogachev

On 3 September, the celebrations kicked off at the Children’s Art School of Rogachev with the 3rd Kaplan International Readings. The event was preceded by a solemn ceremony to give the name of Anatoly Kaplan to the school and unveil a plaque commemorating the famous artist who was born in Rogachev. Partaking in the readings was Isaac Kushner, a collector from Saint Petersburg, who donated eight paintings by Anatoly Kaplan from his private collection to Rogachev.
