Festival Augustow Canal in Culture of Three Nations

Every year in August the Augustow Canal, one of the famous attractions of Belarus, welcomes guests from the neighboring countries: Belarus, Poland and Lithuania.

The 16th edition of the international festival "Augustow Canal in Three Cultures" offered a large-scale open air program. It featured concerts of folk musicians and bands, a fair of arts and crafts, culinary workshops and tasting of the national cuisine dishes. But the most fascinating event of the weekend was the Anything That Floats race and the second regional tournament on swamp football: this type of sport is rapidly gaining popularity in Grodno Oblast and in the country in general.
