A commemorative plaque was unveiled in Marc Chagall Street in Vitebsk

During the ceremony Vitebsk Oblast Governor Nikolai Sherstnev and Vitebsk Mayor Viktor Nikolaikin winded up an old clock which would soon become part of the museum exhibition.
