Vitebsk, a cozy city on the bank of the Dvina River, is known to connoisseurs of art as a homeland of talented painter and graphic artist Marc Chagall. On 7 July, Marc Chagall’s birthday, Vitebsk greeted its guests with a varied program of celebrations that kicked off on City Day.
