Polad Bulbuloglu

The Azerbaijani maestro and Belarus have a long history of cultural cooperation. A year ago, in July 2015, Polad Bulbuloglu led the jury of the 24th international singing competition Vitebsk. His star was unveiled in the Alley of Winners of the Belarus President’s Award “Through Art to Peace and Mutual Understanding” in the host city of the Slavonic Bazaar.
