Molodechno is awarded the title of Belarus’ capital of culture

The solemn ceremony took place in Molodechno on 5 February. Attending the ceremony were Belarusian Culture Minister Boris Svetlov, Deputy Education Minister Viktor Yakzhik, Chairman of the Molodechno District Executive Committee Alexander Yakhnovets, and First Secretary of the Central Committee of the BRSM youth Union Andrei Belyakov.
