This is the fourth time that Vladimir Spivakov has included the city of Mogilev into his tour schedule. Last time he presented The Hour of Chaplin. This time Vladimir Spivakov played solo in the Hour of Bach program. Cantatas and masses of the German genius of the 18th century were accompanied by two violins, cello and harpsichord; arias were sung in German.
The concert also featured soloist of the Novaya Opera Theater Anastasia Belukova, violinist Timur Pirverdiyev, pianist Zoya Abolits and violinist of the Moscow Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra Dmitry Prokofiev.
