Viktor Kapitonov, the winner of the president’s special award Belarusian Sports Olympus 2015

In recognition of the great contribution to the popularization of physical education and sport, the development of physical education and sports traditions that promote harmonious development of a person, the president’s special award Belarusian Sports Olympus 2015 presented to Viktor Kapitonov, a coach of the rowing and canoeing department the Mogilev regional center of Olympic reserve for rowing sports.
