Lighting Grodno New Year’s tree

Over 600 New Year’s and fairytale characters, including Fathers Frost, Snow Maidens, monkeys, traveling minstrels, clowns, fairytale and cartoon characters took to the central streets of Grodno to take part in a theatrical show and a solemn ceremony of lighting the Grodno Oblast New Year’s tree.
