A ceremony to unveil the commemorative plaque in honor of the first UN humanitarian mission - UNRRA in Minsk

In anticipation of the main festive week Minsk hosted a ceremony to unveil the commemorative plaque on the facade of the Loshitsa Manor House-Museum. In 1946-1947 it housed the first United Nation Relief and Rehabilitation Administration mission in Belarus (UN-UNRRA) established to assist countries most affected during the Second World War.
