Mothers with many children from Minsk Oblast are awarded the Order of Mother

At an official ceremony ahead of International Women’s Day, Chairman of the Minsk Oblast Council of Deputies Ivan Lipnitsky bestowed the Order of Mother upon seven mothers with many children, wishing their families strong health and wellbeing.
