Ceremony to award winners of the Minsk Resident of the Year contest

In the run-up to the 948th anniversary of the Belarusian capital Minsk hosted a traditional ceremony to award representatives of various professions for outstanding achievements and a big personal contribution to the social, economic and cultural development of the city. The Minsk Resident of the Year titles were conferred on 13 people.
