2015 FIBA 3x3 U18 European Championships opening ceremony

The official opening ceremony of the international tournament was held at Palova Arena near the Palace of Sports in Minsk. Experts, coaches, athletes and fans were greeted by FIBA Europe Secretary General Kamil Novak, Belarus’ Sport and Tourism Minister Alexander Shamko, First Vice President of the National Olympic Committee of Belarus, President’s aide in physical education, sport and tourism development Maxim Ryzhenkov and Minsk Vice Mayor Igor Karpenko.
