Music night to honor Michal Kleofas Oginski at Minsk Town Hall

Thanks to large-scale creative projects and talented musicians Minsk is turning into an art center on a par with such cultural capitals of Europe as London, Vienna, Berlin, Edinburgh, Munich… The grand summer nights at the Minsk Town Hall featured world’s best music and the masterpieces of Belarus' cultural heritage.
