The festival was preceded by a press conference with its organizers and jury members. The participants of the press conference were greeted by Belarus Deputy Culture Minister Irina Driga, head of the main department for ideology, culture and youth affairs of the Mogilev Oblast Executive Committee Anatoly Sinkovets, Mogilev Oblast Vice Governor Valery Malashko and Director of the Mogilev Oblast Drama Theater Andrei Novikov.
