2nd CIS Games: The athletics tournament

The athletics tournament of the 2nd CIS Games completed on 8 August. The competitions were held at Dinamo Stadium and the Athletics Olympic Center in Minsk. On the final day of the tournament Belarus won 13 (5 gold, 2 silver and 6 bronze) medals.
