Events to celebrate Belarus’ Independence Day in Vitebsk

Festive celebrations dedicated to Belarus’ Independence Day and the 79th anniversary of the liberation from the Nazi invaders began in Vitebsk with a flower ceremony at the memorial complex in honor of Soviet soldiers, partisans and underground fighters of Vitebsk Oblast and a rally on Victory Square.
