2nd European Games: Sambo

Competitions in one of the world’s most spectacular martial arts will be held on 22-23 June. Local fans hope that Belarusian athletes will make it to the podium in some of 18 medal events. At the previous European Games, the Belarusian sambo team took seven medals: two gold medals, two silver medals and three bronze medals. The competitions are going to be tough, with 144 athletes challenging each other in spectacular matchups in the Palace of Sports.
