Vanessa James and Morgan Cipres of France won the gold in the pairs event at the ISU European Figure Skating Championships in Minsk. The French pair amassed 225.66 in total as they claimed the title. The defending champions Evgenia Tarasova and Vladimir Morosov of Russia had to settle for the second place (218.82 points) and their teammates Aleksandra Boikova and Dmitri Kozlovskii finished third with 205.28 points.
