Vladimir Putin arrives in Mogilev for the 5th Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia

Vladimir Putin was welcomed by Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko. After the welcoming ceremony, the heads of state headed for the venue hosting the plenary session of the forum.
