Folk harvest rite in Vetka District

The folk rite “The Burial of the Arrow” to ensure a rich harvest and keep safe from lightning was performed in the village of Stolbun, Vetka District, Belarus.

The rite is held every year, the sixth week after Easter on Thursday, the Ascension of the Lord Day.
