Festival of Latin American Culture in Minsk

The second Festival of Latin American Culture opened in Minsk on 4 October. The festival program includes master classes, dance performances, entertainment for children, film screenings, tastings of national dishes of Latin America and a craft fair, and expositions of traditional costumes, photographs and artworks.
