Belarusian defense technology expo MILEX 2017

The official opening ceremony of the Belarusian defense technology expo MILEX 2017 took place on 20 May. Minsk Arena was chosen as the major venue for the expo.

In its scale and representation, the expo is considered to be one of the biggest forums in the East-European region. Taking part in the expo are almost 140 exhibitors from Belarus, Germany, China, Kazakhstan, Russia, Slovakia, and Ukraine. Companies from Germany and Slovakia are taking part in the expo for the first time.

Over 350 specimen of armament and military equipment are on display by 11 Russian companies. China is taking part in the expo for the second time.
