On 25 May, the Minsk youth presented the patriotic project In Summer 1944 to mark the 75th anniversary of Belarus' liberation from the Nazis. The event culminated in the reenactment of the partisan parade which took place in the Belarusian capital on 16 July 1944 to celebrate the city's liberation from the Nazis. The then parade featured 30,000 people. Attending the parade reenactment were veterans of the Great Patriotic War, participants of the partisan parade of 1944.
