MOSCOW, 30 September (BelTA) – Belarusian nationals living in Russia or staying their temporarily will be able to cast their ballot at the elections to the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus at polling stations in the territory of Russia, reads a release posted on the website of the Belarusian Embassy in Russia, BelTA informs.
Three polling stations have been set up in Russia: in Moscow, Saint Petersburg and Kaliningrad. “Citizens of Belarus who live in the territory of the Russian Federation or are there temporarily, will be able to vote at the elections of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus at the designated polling stations during early voting on 12-16 November 2019 (from 10:00 till 14:00 and from 16:00 till 19:00) and on election day on 17 November 2019 (from 8:00 till 20:00). Belarusian nationals should present their identification documents confirming their citizenship,” the release reads.
The website of the diplomatic mission also contains information on the composition of precinct election commissions in Moscow, Saint Petersburg and Kaliningrad, their location and contacts.
